- free TRANS’ACT guarantee offered by ECO TRANSACTIONS, death-disability insurance for the buyer, which makes the sale safer,
- all required technical diagnoses included for free for 300 euros by ECO TRANSACTIONS.

- We estimate your property at the right price,
- We draw up an exclusive mandate of sale limited in time,
- We take care of the file of sale,

- We assume material and financial responsibility for the required technical diagnoses (up to 300 euros),

- We attend the signing of the act of sale in the notary’s office
