The Fees

Agency Fees: 4% T.T.C (plus VAT) of net sale price.
House, home, land, residential and commercial building, commercial goodwill
Minimum agency fees of 4 000 euros for any transaction below 100 000 euros
In accordance with local practice, unless expressly agreed between the parties (given the mandate), the fee will be charged to the seller.

Rental Fees (empty rentals and furnished rentals): 11% TTC (plus VAT) of annual rent before charges, divided equally between owner and tenant.
Our rental fees include the preparation of all documentation necessary for marketing of the property, the site visit, the search for a tenant, solvency checks on tenants, and the drafting of leases together with all appendices.

Property management fees:
Empty rentals: 7.18 %(plus VAT) of monthly rental amount.
Furnished rentals: 8.00% (plus VAT) of monthly rental amount.

Seasonal rentals: 20% (plus VAT) of total rental sum.

Ménage: 36 euros
Frais de dossier: 20 €uros
