Only one agency fee* : 4 % (tax included) of the net seller’s price, i.e 3.34 % excluding tax, whereas the agency fees generally average 8 to 10 % including tax.
- Our fees are always calculated on the bases of the net seller’s price.
- We advertise our fees clearly and openly.
- The price of all the properties in the agency window include Agency fees (PIF)
- Our commission cannot be perceived and is exigible only when one sale actually concluded and noted in only one written act intervened. Consequently, our fees will be due only if in accordance with the mandate of sale writes that you gave us, we introduced to you the customer, taken part in the negotiation and that the sale is definitively concluded.
